and the designs, i think they're cool af
how do i start though? there's so much stuff, i don't know where to actually start
are there any comics about it? or books? or just games?

Getting into WH40k can be a bit much. Especially lore wise since there's alot alot, but fret not. Here's a link to a primer that gives you a general idea of the universe as well as tips to where you want to go with that.
